Welcome to CGHero! This agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of CGHero Ltd’s ("CGHero," "we," "us," or "our") online platform services, currently available at https://cghero.com

The services provided under this Agreement are collectively referred to as the "Platform Services." By accessing or using the Platform Services, you ("User") agree to the terms set forth herein.

1. Subscription Plan

This Agreement is based on a subscription model ("Plan") providing access to the Platform Services for a monthly fee of $475. This Plan includes:

• Unlimited Hires - Full-time/Part-time or Freelancers
• Dedicated support for sourcing Talent (Fair usage applies)
• No recruitment fees
• Access to database of 10,000 talented individuals
• Unlimited team members
• Featured Studio Profile and Studio spotlights as a work-for-hire studio
• Find talent within a few hours of your timezone covering 100+ countries
• Talent Management System
• Portfolio & AI powered search
• Escrow Payments (optional - fees apply)
• Freelancer Management

2. Term and Renewal

The Plan is billed monthly, with a minimum commitment period of three (3) months. The Plan can be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days' notice prior to the end of the current term.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

Fees for the Plan are due in advance and will be charged to your designated payment method. You must maintain a valid payment method on file. If payment fails for any reason and is not rectified within 7 days of notification, CGHero reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform Services.
